Job Description
- Review/analyze the existing set of tools and get a clear understanding of their use and the data captured and stored by each
- Work with MS internal team members to capture requirements details from Field SMEs - via concall/LiveMeeting presentations and follow-up email questionnaires and/or surveys
- Document and organize/prioritize requirements, in collaboration with teams
- Work with other MS internal teams to understand output requirements (to the extent possible - e.g., best practices capture, lessons learned capture, data consolidation and reporting), to help inform structure
Information Architecture
- Analyze the data in each tool, with a concentration on the actual attributes and their interrelationships - determine how the content in each tool can be organized in such a way that it is easy to find/understand by the end user. (Focus on UX) Identify any suggestions for change.
- Develop wireframes, use cases and other deliverables (e.g., overall IA maps), as appropriate - including detailed links and references between tools and to/from external sources
- Work with Programs team on User Guidance tools (e.g., built-in or stand-alone) for suite components as appropriate
Other
- The vendor should have an understanding of consulting services and the process of capturing deals through closeout of projects.
